Production of spur gears, helical gears, planet gears, ring gears, sun gears, gears with internal grooves.
Production possibilities include:
- module m ≤ 8
- quality class by DIN 3962 up to IT 7
- maximum size of gearing: D350 × 250 mm
- maximum/minimum number of teeth : 500 / 16
- finishing by grinding or shaving
- possibility of longitudinal or cross teeth modification to 0,02 mm
- slotting of external gearing, module m ≤ 5
- broaching of internal splines (maximum module m ≤ 2,0)
