Production of driving, driven, jackshafts and spline shafts.
Production possibilities include:
- module m ≤ 8, quality class by DIN 3962 up to IT 7
- maximum size of gearing: D350 × 250 mm (spur, helical)
- maximum length of shaft: 450 mm
- maximum/minimum number of teeth: 500 / 16
- finishing by grinding or shaving
- possibility of longitudinal or cross teeth modification to 0,02 mm
- finishing by rolling (maximum module m ≤ 1,6)
- slotting of external gearing, module m ≤ 5
- possibility of deep drilling to D20 mm and length 500 mm
