Equipments on evaluation of production quality
AVC Quality department disposes with special measuring equipments which are needed on evaluation of production quality in production process and before shipment to customer.
OPTON MC 850
It is a three-coordinate universal measuring device. It is used especially for measuring of gearboxes for car industry. It allows realization of an automatic evaluation of deviations in shape and position, radial and axial run-out, angle and ovality. It works in an automatic and manual regime using the UMSS program.
FMS 4210
This is the newest device for measuring of deviations from shape and position. It is equipped with an operation system OS/2 and special software for measuring of circularity of teething and pitch ring. The device measures and evaluates in an automatic cycle the circularity, cylindricity, run-out, coaxiality, perpendicularity and other characteristics with precision of 0,07 micron.
HOMMELWERKE TESTER T 8000
It is state of art device from Hommelwerke company acredited by physical-technical federal ministry as like calibration laboratory for values of roughness and depth profile. This device is using for measuring roughness and for measuring patterns and profiles. His resolution is 1 nanometer.
HÖFLER EMZ 402
This is a top-quality measuring centre for measuring of front teethed wheels, box elements and various tools (hobbing machines, reflecting wheels, shaving wheels). The measuring range is from module 1 up to module 20, diameter 400 mm. The measuring and evaluation in the measuring centre is performed automatically with precision of 0,01 micron.
HÖFLER ZME 400
This is a device for measuring parameters of front teethed wheels. This device can measure wheels starting from module 0,5 up to module 20 and diameter 400 mm. The device works in an automatic regime, it is able to evaluate all the teething parameters with precision of 0,1 micron.
PROFILOMER - CONTUROSCOP C 4 P
It counts and measures central lines and rings, intersections, connecting abscissae, centre, angles, diameters, pitches and absolute areas in mechanically marked profiles with precision of 0,01 mm.
DEA
It is portal three-dimensional measuring equipment with high precision. It is used especially for measuring of housing parts. Equipment allows to automatic evaluation of form and position deviations of radial and axially run-out, angles and ovality. Equipment dispose with modern PC-DMIS software.
